Return Policy:

Regular priced items purchased or received from rockerroos.com are returnable or exchangeable within 30 days of purchase/receipt as long as they are in new, unworn/unwashed condition and still have the original tags and packaging. Please email orders@rockerroos.com with the reason for the return. We will respond with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RA#). RETURNS MADE WITHOUT AN RA# WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Shipping cost on returned items is not refundable. Damaged items must be reported within 10 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Rocker Roos is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Sale items and Sample items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you need cancel your order, please call us at 424-248-3193. After an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Info:

Rocker Roos ships within the USA and worldwide. International customers, please email your order to orders@rockerroos.com for processing and International shipping rates. Before your order is processed, you will see the shipping charges that will be added to your order. Rocker Roos ships by weight through USPS Priority Mail. For overnight delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 10AM PT. Overnight delivery orders placed on Thursday after 10AM PT through Friday 10AM PT will arrive on Monday. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 10AM PT and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. We do not offer overnight delivery to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, or to PO boxes.

Human error sometimes happens. We reserve the right to refuse to honor pricing errors and typos.
